Shunsuke Imai recently moved to London from Japan. He previously worked as a producer at Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre for seven years, producing opera and public-space performing arts festivals. He is currently studying Technical Theatre and Stage Management at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA). Since enrolled at RADA, he has worked on 15 productions within the school. In March 2026, he made his London debut as a scenographer with Net Cafe Refugee 2.0 at Camden People’s Theatre. He also worked as Assistant Director on Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra’s Dramatic Series production of Tosca, a semi-staged performance in June 2026.
